This is the quickest and easiest method to start getting the health benefits from oils. Just put a couple of drops into your diffuser and turn it on! You can even go as simple as just putting a drop or two of oils in your hands and breathing in. When you breathe in essential oils, the molecules enter your nose and get absorbed into your blood stream. You start receiving healthy benefits almost immediately.
What is easier than just rolling them onto your skin?! I normally start by rolling new oils onto my feet. This is a non-sensitive area and typically the go-to spot for little ones. You can apply oils neat (undiluted) or diluted with fractionated coconut oil or Young Living’s V6 oil. The easiest way to do that is with rollers! They are so easy & fun to make! I normally order my coconut oil off of Amazon and the rollers off of Etsy. When you’re applying oils to babies or children, always start by diluting them first!
When ingesting oils, you are getting the most benefit from every drop. You can drop oils that can be taken internally under the tongue, swabbed on the inside of the cheek, or add them to a vegetable capsule and swallowed. Some can even be used in cooking!
